2. Intellectual Property Rights and User Conduct

• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Site, including features that prevent or restrict the use or copying of any Content or enforce limitations on the use of the Site and/or the Content contained therein.
• Use the services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including the submission of fraudulent, forged, or tampered documents for apostille, authentication, or embassy legalization processing.

3. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on an AS-IS and AS-AVAILABLE basis. Integrity Apostille makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the Site’s content or the content of any websites linked to this Site. We will not be liable for any delays caused by government agencies, Secretary of State offices, the US Department of State, or embassy processing times, nor for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit or lost data, arising from your use of the services. Our total liability to you for any cause whatsoever will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to us for the specific service rendered.

4. Governing Law, Modifications, and Contact Information

These Terms and Conditions and your use of our services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action of whatever nature brought by either you or us shall be commenced or prosecuted in the state and federal courts located in the United States, and the parties hereby consent to, and waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non conveniens.
